Disney live action remakes are all the heat these days. The Maui-Moana duo became immortal when they first showed up in the animated film back in 2016. It starred Auliʻi Cravalho as the lovable Moana, and Johnson starred as the prideful demigod Maui. It’s interesting since Johnson himself has been called rather prideful after trying to hijack the whole of DC. Regardless, the Disney live action remakes are coming in full-fledged. Johnson recently put out an announcement after the shareholder meeting. This happened on the 3rd of April. Rachel House played Gramma Tala in the original film, which ended up earning about $665 million worldwide. The film featured multiple songs that really became top favorites for your children and Hollywood’s critics. Johnson gave his voice to the song You’re Welcome.
