The Hollywood Bowl is perhaps one of the world’s most famous and iconic amphitheaters. Sitting in the cozy corner of the Hollywood Hills, this venue has been rocked by the likes of Miles Davis and Billie Holiday in the past. Fans of legendary musicians always manage to find a way to assemble in this beautiful place to come and see their favorite stars give out performances of a lifetime. Just last year, the venue completed one hundred years of memorable performances.

Now, Hollywood Bowl is back with yet another amazing lineup which will start with a bang. The performances will begin with none other than Janet Jackson performing live in front of thousands of fans.

About Jackson And Her Performance

Janet Jackson is a veteran musician and the winner of multiple Grammy awards for various categories. Over the decades, she has released at least 70 singles of her own and broken multiple Billboard Top 100 records. Her songs have spent weeks and months sitting at the top of all rankings. And now, she’s all set to open up this summer’s Hollywood Bowl with a bang on entry.

The Bowl will begin on the 10th of June with Janet’s performance who will be joined by rapper Ludacris as well as the amazingly talented Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles. The Tuesday of the 10th is going to be lit with stars for sure.

Another performance that will stand out is The Beach Boys. The band that was first formed back in 1961 is back on track to perform their hearts out with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra. The band has been legendary for a very long time. They were inducted into the Hall of Fame back in 1988 and were honored with a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2001.

Apart from them, the venue will also feature Gladys Knight, Jill Scot, One Direction fame Loius Tomlinson, Micheal Bolton, and many other brilliant musicians. The show is also going to feature music from films such as Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part Two as well as 2001: A Space Odyssey.

It is quite clear that this summer’s Hollywood Bowl is going to be just as iconic as any other. With its 101st anniversary, the Bowl will continue to maintain its reputation for great musicians and even greater music. Better start getting your tickets right away!
